Commerce Funding Solutions pays the Home Improvement contractor upfront and their client takes on a payment plan with us. The Home Improvement contractor bares no risk for the repayment of their customer's loan. (up to $30,000, 8 year repayment term maximum, minimum credit score 580) 
 
Also we have a "No-credit" Approval program where applicants are approved based on the average balance in their checking account NOT their credit. Plans range from 3, 6, or 12-month Payment Plans for services from $100 to $7,500.
 
Eligibility for the "No Credit" Approvals program is based primarily on the following:
 
1) Have an established checking account with good history
2) Be able to make a minimum 20% down payment
3) Demonstrate the capacity to pay the balance in equal amounts over the payment period offered; 3, 6 or 12
months
